Good hospitality, nice breakfast , clean beach

Want to go back again. Locaction right on the becah with beautiful blue waters, the swimming pool is great size and almost all the rooms have private swimming pool. I think all the rooms have great private bathtubs for romantic or relaxed evening. Amazing breakfast i can't stress this enough. Right outside the hotel at 50 meters great cheap massage and 200 m 7- 11 is there. You can take taxi for the city centre for 50 baht.

Liked 2 towels for in the room instead on one per person, the pillows are too big and the mattress a bit hard but they offer mattress toppers upon request.

Location good. Beach access a very short walk. No shortage of hop-on taxis

Room needs to be updated. And being at the back of the hotel, i.e. next to the road, was noisy, rather spend a bit more and get a beach access room.

The location is great and on Chaweng beach, convenient to jump on a tuktuk on the street to central Samui.

The room is not well cleaned and properly mopped on the floor, the house keeper just cleaned the sand on the floor.

Breakfast offered a wider range. I was especially impressed by the exotic fruit and pastries.

Rooms were basic for the price- we had pool access villa. Barely furnished with basic wooden bedside lockers and throughout room. Jacuzzi wasn’t working. Called to get it repaired, was told no. Pics of pool bar in photos is somewhat deceiving. Again, overpriced drinks and food. European prices!!

Every year i book in this hotel for the ocean pool villa, its a good price and you have your private pool in front of the beach, the location is good near to restaurants by walks or motorbikes, not same the other resorts if you want book a villa you will be very far from people, i call that a prison, its on chaweng beach.

We got the ocean view private villa with its own pool and it was wonderful. Hot skip on to the beach.. Although the hotel is at the quieter end of chaweng beach, there’s plenty of restaurants, bars, and a seven eleven very close by. Tuk tuks go past frequently to jump on and off to go to different parts of Samui.. Although we were quite happy just chilling in the villa. Really enjoyed the noodle soup for breakfast. Would definitely recommend staying here. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

This was our 6th visit to Samui, and Resotel was the best we've stayed in. Granted, we did have beach front pool villa. The room was divine. Bathroom is large, with separate shower and enough space to put down your things. The room itself was huge, with a very comfortable (and huge) bed. Large enough closet with umbrellas, gowns and flip flops. Space to store luggage. I liked the small coffee plunger. Air conditioner worked well and you can set temperature to arctic-like should you need to! ;) The room gets cleaned very well and the lady is so friendly! Pool area was great. Pool is large enough to float in. (Kids stayed in room without pool, and the 4 of us could comfortably enjoy the pool together) There is an umbrella plus a palm tree providing shade, 2 very comfortable loungers and the outside shower is fantastic and a great touch. The beach in front was quiet and clean and you can swim in the ocean. The hotel is situated more to the end of Chaweng (Lamai's side), but you can easily walk to central Chaweng. Right next door is a pharmacy, laundry and tour operator, across the road bike rental, tour operator and 2 minutes' walk a Family Mart and fruit shake stall. So should you not feel like moving, you don't have to. The library and internet room is also good to have - I finished all the books I brought with very quickly! Breakfast was good - enough variety, and the egg station great. The breakfast room is a bit small, and because the doors are open both sides, it can be quite hot. Also seats outside, but again the heat can be too much. The fruit and everything else gets filled up all the time, so no shortages. Staff are attentive and friendly. Honestly, I cannot fault anything at this hotel and will certainly stay here again.

Ye property is situated at a short distance from the airport and the staff is very friendly accommodating smallest of your requests. The beach is awesome and you’d love each and every moment of your stay there.

The hotel staff were amazing , they went above and beyond to even send a complimentary cake and sing me happy birthday! The quiteness of the beach area as its not crowded , great time getting massages on the beach.

Everything was great except for the noise from the cars at night as our room was right in front of the main road.

I was looking for the hotel at Samui for my honey moon, checked all the hotels there and decided to stay in this hotel. It was the good decision. Great staff made our stay there very comfortable, memorable. They have prepared our room according to our special occasion, there was a cake waiting for us) Location is great, it is not far from the city centre, so you can easily reach it by foot, and there are a lot of restaurant nearby. At the same time, this hotel, and the beach of the hotel was very clean and quiet. Thanks to all the staff!

The service at this hotel was second to none. Loved the complimentary green juice and hot towel on arrival. Opted for a room with a pool outside it and it was worth the extra money. Bed was comfortable however the air conditioning was difficult to work which was annoying. The included breakfast was good with a large choice for all.

The pool was lovely however it closed at six which I felt was far too early. The location is a little far out from the centre of town however it is perfect for those seeking a more tranquil break.

The room is very big and bright. You can see the sea from the window. The bed is big and comfy, the pool is 2.5 m deep. Fair prices at the mini bar. The beach is clean. Breakfast is great very variable. Double bath everything you need near the hotel.

Their is no hermetic doors, you can hear if someone is speaking at the hallway.

Room was really nice, extras made it special so I extended 2 more nights. Breakfast was well presented amd good quality.

Other guests that have no respect, children in the pool 3 hrs after it was closed to be respectful to the rooms at the pool.

Perfect location near shops/restaurants but also on an amazing location situated on the beach. Rooms were clean and comfortable and pool access was nice to have.

Nothing it was perfect

The stuff was great and very kind. We've booked a room with a pool access, and they upgraded us to a villa with pool access with no extra charge. They are also very kind and fair. We had a little mistake with the booking date, we booked for october instead of september without cancelation and they agree to cancel it without any fee. This is the place where you really wanna have a vacation!!

Second stay in 3 wks. After staying in 4 other hotels in the area, this is the best by far. I also think the beach is better than the other end. I love walking so this was perfect. Book superior rm 3rd floor view is fantastic, not false advertising like others and reviews that were completely unbelievable after staying in the other places. Quiet hotel , be careful when booking hotels lots of hotels on the beach have big contruction going on or watersports in front. This area does not. Staff is very nice, housekeeper Fin really sweet and funny girl. She deserves a big thank you made my stay both times. The girl at the front desk was very nice also. They must treat the staff well most seem happy.

Food prices and drinks were expensive but Samui is not cheap. That I stayed in other hotels becouse I waited to long and only villa available that was too expensive for me but would be great for family or couple.
